Mr. Foster had proven managerial expertise and a demonstrated ability for providing creative solutions to difficult problems for both Walter Foster, CEO of Foster Power Generation Ltd.steam turbines and compressors. With over 25 years of award winning service with GE, Mr. Foster served as Manufacturing Engineer, Rotating Equipment Design Engineer, Senior Engineer for Turbine Design and Development, Manager of Drafting, and Business Growth Manager. His multifaceted background includes manufacturing design, quality control, NDT, drafting, product service, and parts sales. Mr. Foster had over 30 years of turbo-machinery experience.
